I have a deep understanding of digital business and technology, with over 10 years Agile delivery experience as a Lead Business Analyst for ThoughtWorks. I have authored (and ghostwritten) many articles in this space, and have been featured in a 5-page spread in Inside Retail Magazine and the Australian Financial Review for my opinion pieces.
